Pleasant Grove Fire & Rescue
The City of Pleasant Grove Fire and Rescue strives to always provide exceptional medical, fire, and emergency services to all residents and visitors. We are committed to the preservation and protection of lives and property through continuous training, progressive education, and constant diligence to stay on the cutting edge of emerging EMS techniques and equipment.
Pleasant Grove provides the highest quality and modern fire suppression and EMS equipment available, allowing the Fire Department to maintain a Class 3 ISO rating which provides lower insurance coverage to homeowners.
The Fire Department is centrally located at the City Hall Complex and is staffed by 16 full-time Firefighters and Paramedics. The department's day-to-day management is overseen by a Fire Captain who manages three 24-hour shifts (A, B, & C), each led by a Lieutenant.
Other non-emergency services provided to the community include blood pressure screenings, public education programs, and assistance with smoke detectors. The Fire Department also welcomes hands-on tours of their fire engines and rescue trucks.
