PAVILION RENTAL RULES AND REGULATIONS
RENTAL FEE -
PAVILION I - $30.00
PAVILION II - $15.00
KEY DEPOSIT - $5.00 FOR EACH
1.) You must be a resident of Pleasant Grove.
2.) You must be 21 years of age or older.
3.) You must pick up all trash on the premises and
take
to trash receptacles outside
the pavilion.
4.) Lights must be turned off and gates must be
locked.
5.) The rental must be paid for any facility within
one
(1)week after making
reservation. If rental is not
received within the allotted
time, the Park Board
reserves the right to rent the
facility to someone
else. The rental will be
refunded only if notified at
least two (2) weeks in advance
of cancellation.
6.) No alcoholic beverages or smoking, allowed on
premises.
7.) All food must be picked up and disposed of
properly. Do not leave any food on
the floor of the
pavilions or outside on the ground.
8.) Make sure all toilets are flushed and the water is
not running.
9.) Curfews will be strictly followed:
Sunday - Thursday
11:00 P.M.
Friday - Saturday
12:00 Midnight
10.) $25.00 fee on all returned checks.
11.) No refunds because of rain.

No inflatable toys (moonwalks, etc..)
are allowed in the park.
FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE
ABOVE LISTED RULES WILL RESULT IN FORFEITURE OF KEY DEPOSIT AND FUTURE
RENTAL CONSIDERATION BY THE PARK AND RECREATION BOARD.

AND REGULATIONS

RENTAL FEE $100.00 - 4 Hours (over 4 Hours -$25/Hr.)
* Birthday Party for Teenagers will
require a Security Guard to attend

SMOKING OR ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ALLOWED
INSIDE OR OUTSIDE THE FACILITY !!!!!!!!!!
1.) You must be a resident of Pleasant
Grove.
2.) You must be 21 years of age or older.
3.) A licensed security guard or an off duty police officer
must be
hired for all parties after 5:00 P.M. where the
majority of the
person attending are 13 - 21 years of age.
(Example: A 15 year
old birthday party, graduation party, etc...)
4.) You must pick up and sweep any trash on floors and mop
any
spills in the Community Center, which
includes the Main Hall,
Restrooms, and the Kitchen.
5.) The thermostat must be set appropriately for summer and
winter (68 degrees in winter and 76
degrees in summer).
6.) All garbage collected must be taken outside to the trash
receptacle across the parking lot.
7.) All dishes and cooking utensils used from the kitchen
must be
cleaned and stored in their proper places.
8.) All food and ice must be removed from the refrigerator
after
activity is completed.
9.) All tables and chairs must be returned to the proper
racks in
storage room.
10.) All doors must be locked and all lights turned off before
leaving building.
11.) A deposit of $50.00, and rental fee of $100.00, will be required
for the Community Center within one
(1) week after making
reservation. The rental fee covers a
period of four (4) hours.
Additional hours will be $25.00 per hour.
The rental fee and
deposit must be paid with separate checks.
If deposits are not
received within the allotted time, the Park Board
reserves the
right to rent the facility to someone else.
The deposit and rental
fee will be refunded only if notified at least
two (2) weeks in
advance of cancellation. The $50.00 deposit
will be refunded
after Park Board inspection of facility. No
rain checks are
available.
12.)Absolutely no alcoholic beverages or smoking allowed inside
or outside the facility. If alcohol or
smoking is detected your
right to rent the facility again will be
forfeited and your deposit
will not be refunded.
13.)No fighting or obscene language will be tolerated inside or
outside the facility.
14.)Curfews must be strictly followed:

Friday - Saturday
12:00 Midnight
15.) $25.00 fee on all returned check.
