Our annual "Spring Clean-Up week will be
March 22nd through March 26th, 2010
We will once again have the dumpsters at the lower end of the city park,
for this week only. Please do not put hazardous materials such as paints,
insecticides, tires, propane tanks, old gas cans or other like items in or
around the dumpsters. We encourage all Pleasant Grove residents to take
advantage of this opportunity and help keep our city clean! Also, we ask that
you do not place anything else in this location once the dumpsters have been
removed or you will receive a fine for littering.

GARBAGE BILLING
Ordinance 372 requires that every house in our city be billed for garbage service.
The charge for this service is $16.00 per month and is billed in arrears each quarter
(the end of March, June, September and December). If you are not receiving a garbage
bill every three months you need to contact city hall at 744-1728 as soon as possible to avoid accumulation of charges. Also, this ordinance states that the garbage fee is the responsibility
of the property owner. If you have rental property, you may want to check with your tenant
to make sure this charge is being paid. It is to your advantage to make sure city hall is notified
when tenants move in or out.
