PLEASANT GROVE BUILDING INSPECTIONS DEPARTMENT
Doug Hyche, INSPECTIONS OFFICER - 744-1726
                                       Wayne Harbin, Superintendent

The Public Works and Building Departments are receiving numerous complaints regarding residences with yards that have overgrown weeds, grass and shrubbery. Please be advised that the City of Pleasant Grove has several ordinances which address the overgrowth of weeds and grass and which establish fines for failure to cut weeds and grass or remove
debris and litter.

We are also receiving complaints regarding limb piles. Waste Management will pick up small limb piles that are no larger than 4’ x 4’ in size and placed next to your garbage cart on your regular pick-up day. If you have a large pile of limbs you will need to call Waste Management @ 841-2740 to arrange for a quote and pick up.

We will be posting notices on the front doors of residences that need grass and weeds cut or have limb piles which need to be removed. Let’s all work together to keep our lawns well groomed and free of debris, discarded items and abandoned vehicles. Let’s keep Pleasant Grove a beautiful city we can all be proud of.
